Payment

Using the ‘add to basket’ button, you can make a purchase securely online by Credit Card or Pay Pal account. You do not need a Pay Pal account to do this.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email me with details of your order and I will reserve it for you until the cheque arrives.

Please make cheques payable to Nancy Hurst and post to 18 Ridgeway Rd., Salisbury, Wilts SP13BU.

Delivery

All orders will usually be posted the day after payment has been received.

Items within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for insurance purposes. The cost is £4.95. A signature is required for the package.

International delivery within Europe is by signed for airmail. The cost is £4.95.

Customers in Budapest

Any of my customers in Budapest wishing to purchase items from my website can do so through my Budapest agent Fiona Doherty. Please contact her directly for prices in HUF.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the pieces you have ordered, please ensure that you return them unused within seven days. I will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for another design. Please return goods, as they were sent to you, in the original packaging. I strongly recommend that you return goods with proof of postage from the post office, as I will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. I will only refund postage cost if the item returned is faulty.
